What is Motor Industry Compass?
It is guided learning, a body of knowledge, a reference tool, personal feedback and a regular magazine all in one place and available all the time. Updated every month with new material, it aims to help everyone, particularly working managers, improve their management knowledge and skill. We have designed Compass around the Institute of the Motor Industry’s Management and Learning Accreditation Competency framework.
