We set out to create a step change in the learning and development culture of our business and therefore decided to employ MIC to provide an independent assessment of our Managers training needs. Our goal was to make our training practical and personally relevant for each our managers to gain their full engagement. Using AM Trait as the training needs analysis tool, coupled with MIC’s unique competency centered feedback service; we have been able to target our management training to exactly where it is needed.

This has also meant that on average, our managers have only had to attend less than 40% of the training courses in the curriculum, thereby completing our training objectives in a much shorter time scale than normal practice – with significant time and cost savings and better buy-in from our Managers.
MIC have been easy to work with, supporting Blue Water – our training supplier, alongside me, to deliver a seamless experience for the candidates.
The practitioner’s feedback sessions have been particularly well received, giving our managers an opportunity to step outside of their daily tasks to think and plan for their own development and career wellbeing.
I would recommend MIC to work alongside your existing training provision, particularly where it is necessary to factor in manufacturer training programmes, to avoid training duplication and also the pressure of filling courses just to make them viable to run.
