Since 2013, Vauxhall have been engaged in an extensive Management Development Programme, designed to continue to raise management standards throughout the Vauxhall Network. MIC has been working very closely with My Academy at Vauxhall and has successfully processed over 1,200 Vauxhall managers through AM Trait.
Targeted Management Training – Save Time and Reduce Cost
As a result of using AM Trait as a training needs analysis tool, coupled with MIC’s unique competency centred independent feedback service, Vauxhall has been able to target its management training exactly where it is needed.
This has meant that managers have only had to attend those training courses in the curriculum where a training need had been clearly identified. This has achieved the objectives, but with the benefit of significant cost and time savings over traditional training planning methods for both Vauxhall and its Retailers.
